This license allows you to use the Font in editable templates that you sell to end users (for example via Corjl, Templett, Canva, or similar tools), where users can customize text but cannot access or download the Font file itself. This license is intended for individual designers or small businesses, not for platforms.
Introduction
Please review this Agreement before purchasing any Fonts from calamar.studio.
By downloading, installing, or using the Font software (“Font” or “Fonts”) created by PE Oksana Petrenko (“Calamar Studio”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
This Agreement is between you (either an individual or the legal entity you represent) and Calamar Studio. If you are purchasing on behalf of your business, that entity is considered the Licensee, and you confirm that you have the authority to bind it to this Agreement.
All Fonts are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Calamar Studio retains full ownership of the Fonts and grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use them under the terms described below.
How you can use the Font
This license allows you to use the Font within editable templates that are offered to end users for customization.
You may create templates (such as invitations, social media designs, business cards, or similar products) where your customers can edit the text using the Font through a third-party service or tool.
The Font must always remain securely embedded within the system you are using (such as Corjl, Templett, Canva, or similar services) and must not be accessible as a downloadable font file.
This license is intended for use by individual designers, freelancers, and small businesses selling their own templates.
Allowed Uses
You may:
• Create and sell editable templates using the Font
• Use the Font in templates hosted on platforms like Corjl, Templett, Canva, or similar tools
• Allow end users to customize text within your templates
• Sell templates for personal or commercial use by your customers
• Use the Font in unlimited template designs under your account
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
• Allow end users to download, access, or extract the Font file
• Share or distribute the Font outside the template environment
• Sell or distribute the Font as a standalone product
• Include the Font in source files for resale (e.g. PSD, AI, Canva files with font access)
• Use the Font in a way that allows others to reuse it outside your templates
• Transfer this license to another designer, business, or account
• Use the Font across multiple unrelated businesses or brands under one license
Important Limitation (Platform Use)
This Template License is intended for individual creators selling their own templates.
It does not allow you to:
• Build or operate a platform, SaaS, or design tool where multiple designers or users can access the Font
• Provide the Font as part of a system where third parties create and sell their own templates
• Make the Font available as a selectable font within a platform or editor
If your use involves multiple creators, a shared system, or a platform environment, you must purchase a Platform License.
Additional Limitations
The Font must always remain embedded and protected within the platform or tool you are using.
You are responsible for ensuring that your templates do not expose the Font file or allow it to be extracted.
The Font may not be used in any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content, including materials that promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activity.
You may not claim the Font as your own work or misrepresent its authorship.
Legal
The Font is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
Calamar Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Font. In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calamar Studio from any claims resulting from misuse of the Font or violation of this Agreement.
Final Terms
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Calamar Studio.
Calamar Studio reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your license.
