For online platforms, SaaS services, and editable template editors where multiple users interact with the Font.
Introduction
This license allows you to integrate the Font into an online platform, SaaS service, or template editor where end users can customize and export designs.
IMPORTANT! Not for individual designers selling templates on Etsy, Creative Market, Corjl, or similar platforms. Those users must purchase the Template License.
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Font, you agree to the terms of this License. All Fonts remain the intellectual property of Calamar Studio.
Permitted Uses
You may:
• Embed the Font securely in your platform or SaaS editor.
• Allow end users to create, edit, personalize, and export designs without accessing the raw Font file.
• Use the Font commercially within the licensed platform.
• Allow employees, contractors, designers, and service providers to access and use the Font solely to create, maintain, test, support, and operate the licensed platform, provided they do not retain, distribute, or use the Font outside the scope of the licensed platform.
• Create and maintain editable templates within the licensed platform for end-user personalization.

Prohibited Uses
You may not:
• Allow end users to download, extract, or otherwise gain direct access to the Font file.
• Use the Font outside your licensed platform without obtaining a separate license.
• Use the Font in multiple platforms or services without additional licenses.
• Embed the Font in apps, software, PDFs, eBooks, or other non-platform environments.
• Provide the Font in unprotected templates or assets for resale.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Font.
Additional Limitations
• One license covers one platform or SaaS service only.
• This license applies regardless of company size if end users can create, edit, personalize, or generate content using the Font.
• Internal teams working on the licensed platform do not require a separate Corporate License for activities directly related to the operation of that platform.
• Organizations using the Font exclusively for internal business purposes, without end-user personalization or editing functionality, must purchase the Corporate License instead.
• End users cannot access the Font file directly.
Legal
The Font is provided “as is” without warranty. Calamar Studio is not liable for damages resulting from misuse. Liability is limited to the license fee. By using the Font, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calamar Studio from any claims arising from misuse or violation of this License.
Final Terms
This agreement constitutes the entire license. Calamar Studio reserves the right to update this License at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your license.
