Introduction
This license is designed for organizations that require the Font for internal business use across multiple platforms, departments, internal systems, or enterprise-wide deployments.
Important: This license does not allow the Font to be used in products, services, editors, or templates where end users can type, edit, personalize, generate, or customize content themselves. Such use requires the Platform / SaaS License.
All Fonts remain the intellectual property of Calamar Studio. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Font, you agree to the terms of this License.
Permitted Uses
You may:
• Use the Font across multiple internal platforms, systems, departments, or enterprise environments within the licensed organization.
• Apply the Font for branding, marketing, packaging, print materials, presentations, PDFs, and other static designs.
• Allow employees, internal teams, contractors, and service providers to access and use the Font solely for creating internal materials and designs on behalf of the licensed organization.
• Integrate the Font into internal tools or services that generate static output (such as images, graphics, or PDFs), provided end users cannot edit, personalize, or generate content using the Font themselves.

Prohibited Uses
You may not:
• Embed the Font in editable templates, online editors, generators, or products where end users can type, edit, personalize, generate, or customize content themselves.
• Provide the raw Font file to end users, customers, or external clients.
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the Font outside of the licensed organization without a separate license.
• Use this license for template marketplaces, template sales, or customer-facing personalization services.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Font.
Additional Limitations
• This license covers enterprise-wide deployment within a single legal entity.
• End users cannot access the Font file directly.
• Separate licenses are required for separate legal entities, subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, or sister companies unless expressly agreed in writing by Calamar Studio.
Legal
The Font is provided “as is” without warranty. By using this license, you agree to:
• Comply with all terms and restrictions of this License.
• Indemnify and hold harmless Calamar Studio against claims arising from misuse or violation of this License.
• Accept that Calamar Studio’s liability is limited to the license fee paid.
Calamar Studio reserves the right to update the license terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your license.
