Introduction

This license is designed for large companies and enterprise clients that need the Font across multiple platforms, apps, or internal systems.

Important: This license does not allow embedding the Font in editable templates or products where end users can type, change, or customize text themselves. Editable templates for end users must be licensed under the Platform / SaaS License (for single-platform services) or the Template / Product License (for small-scale template sales).

All Fonts remain the intellectual property of Calamar Studio. By purchasing or using the Font, you agree to the terms of this License.
Permitted Uses

You may:
• Use the Font across multiple platforms, internal systems, or enterprise apps.
• Apply the Font for branding, marketing, packaging, print, PDF, and static designs.
• Allow internal teams or contracted service providers to access the Font only for creating designs or internal materials, without giving them the raw Font file.
• Integrate the Font in SaaS platforms or services for generating static content (images, PDFs, graphics), but not editable templates for end users.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:
• Embed the Font in editable templates or products where end users can type or customize text themselves.
• Provide the raw Font file to end users or external clients.
• Redistribute, resell, or transfer the Font outside of your organization without a separate license.
• Use this license for small-scale template sales (use Template / Product License instead).
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Font.

Additional Limitations
• Covers enterprise-wide deployment across multiple platforms or internal systems.
• End users cannot access the Font file directly.
• Separate licenses are required for multiple legal entities or companies.

Legal

The Font is the intellectual property of Calamar Studio. By using this license, you agree to:
• Comply with all terms and restrictions.
• Indemnify Calamar Studio against claims arising from misuse.
• Accept liability limited to the license fee.

Calamar Studio reserves the right to update the license terms at any time. The version in effect at purchase applies to your license.
