This license allows you to install the Font on your computer and use it to create logos, branding, social media graphics, printed materials, and other static designs. You may use it for personal and commercial projects, including client work, as long as the Font is not shared or used in editable templates, apps, or platforms.

Introduction

Please review this Agreement before purchasing any Fonts from calamar.studio.

By downloading, installing, or using the Font software (“Font” or “Fonts”) created by PE Oksana Petrenko (“Calamar Studio”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).

This Agreement is between you (either an individual or the legal entity you represent) and Calamar Studio. If you are purchasing on behalf of your employer, then your employer is the Licensee, and you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to this Agreement.

All Fonts are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Calamar Studio retains full ownership of the Fonts and grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use them under the terms described below.

How you can use the Font

This license is intended for standard desktop use, meaning the Font is installed locally on your device and used to create finished, non-editable designs. You may install the Font on up to two (2) devices per user. If more people need access, each user must have their own license.

You are free to use the Font for both personal and commercial projects, including work created for clients. This includes things like branding, packaging, social media content, printed materials, and digital artwork. When sharing final work, the Font must be flattened, rasterized, or outlined, so it cannot be extracted or reused as a font file.

You may also modify the Font outlines to create custom logos or lettering, but these modifications cannot be turned back into a font or distributed as one.

 

Allowed Uses

You may:
• Create logos, branding, and visual identities
• Design social media graphics and marketing materials
• Produce printed items (invitations, packaging, posters, etc.)
• Create artwork for physical or digital products
• Work on client projects (without sharing the Font file)
• Use the Font in print-on-demand, if designs are fixed and not customizable

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:
• Share, transfer, or provide the Font files to clients or third parties
• Use the Font in editable templates or design tools (e.g. Canva, Templett, Corjl)
• Use the Font in apps, software, SaaS, or platforms
• Allow end users to customize or personalize designs using the Font
• Include the Font in templates, source files, or products for resale
• Convert, modify, or distribute the Font as a font file or similar format
• Use the Font in any way that allows it to be extracted or reused

Any use not explicitly permitted by this Agreement is prohibited.

Additional Limitations

The Font may not be used in any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content, including materials that promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activity. You may not claim the Font as your own work or misrepresent its authorship.

Legal

The Font is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Calamar Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from its use. In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calamar Studio from any claims resulting from misuse of the Font or violation of this Agreement.

Final Terms

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Calamar Studio.
Calamar Studio reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your license.
